It’s embarrassing for both of us... so we make sure that every worn part is replaced... every cartridge tested... and every doubtful cartridge chipped into reusable plastic and sent off to be converted into plastic benches, signs, tables, bus shelters and other useful items that would have otherwise been made from non-recycled materials. or a replacement cartridge... and the only questions we’ll ask will be to find out enough to make sure it doesn’t happen to you again.
